The provision of an exciting and flexible venue to hold 2000+ guests for the introduction of a new company chairman. The “wow” factor was an absolute must where the highlight of the evening was to be a performance by the latest act voted off “The X Factor”, plus a huge array of performers including burlesque and Can-Can dancers.
The solution
‘the room’ by the river provided a flexible and innovative solution and the creativity of the Fortesqueue’s team transformed the venue into a French extravaganza.
The creative idea
A fabulous Moulin Rouge theme was created with a huge skyline of Paris and its infamous windmill. Tables were dressed in the club style with velvet black and deep red cloths creating a luxurious and opulent feel. Mirror balls, chandeliers, masks, boas and feathers added to the effect.
