A thank you to all staff for a wonderful year and to show an appreciation to their families and partners, by having their annual Christmas party somewhere overseas that has an incredible Wow factor.
The Solution
A three day event:
- Day 1 - Arrival in St Petersburg with dinner in the rustic Restoran restaurant
- Day 2 - Guided tour of St Petersburg in the morning to include the Hermitage Museum, Nevsky Prospekt and St Isaac’s Cathedral, free time in the afternoon with a private tour and gala dinner at the Yusupov Palace in the evening.
- Day 3 - Tour of Catherine’s Palace in the morning followed by a Troyka sleigh ride and a farewell Russian lunch at a traditional restaurant with Coassack’s folklore.
The Creative Idea
To Russia with Love – a trip to St Petersburg for staff to experience Russia in winter with style and the opportunity to see this beautiful city without feeling rushed.
The pinnacle of this trip was the private tour of the Yusupov Palace that belonged to the powerful family of the Yusupovs and where Rasputin was murdered followed by a gala dinner in the famous Mirrored Hall. This was an amazing personal experience and this wonderful treat ensured that it was an evening to be remembered for all.
