To reward the staff for the past financial year and communicate key company messages to all employees. To create a relaxed and fun environment allowing all guests to mingle and network.
A family fun day style event held at ‘the room’ by the river with an informal picnic and entertainment to suit all. A stage and lectern was already in situ for a speech by the Managing Director. Branding was placed throughout by the use of Ogilvy ‘red’.
The invitation to the event was one flip-flop branded with the Ogilvy logo. Guests were required to bring this ‘invitation’ with them and on entry to the event they would receive the matching flip-flop to complete the pair. To accommodate this we built a shoe check room. Inflatable and giant games were placed throughout the venue to suit everyone’s tastes. Picnic style food was served in a biodegradable bag with Ogilvy branding.
