To recognise and reward internal departments of BP and their families for their achievements that year by providing a fun and entertaining event which caters for all ages and is very memorable.
The solution
A unique and fun-filled one-day event in a leafy suburb of southwest London comprising sumptuous food, games galore and an element of competition. The tug of war was the unexpected highlight of the day.
The quality difference
To give the day a real theme that oozed quality and sophistication, Fortesqueue’s organised the BP Polo Tournament. We arranged for a private polo match to take place, watched by all of the guests from the members’ marquee and sun-drenched terraces. A truly special moment, capped off by a prize-giving ceremony conducted by the guest V.I.P.
