A high quality, black tie Christmas Party for the staff of Swiss Re. The create a themed event, with a wow factor as a thank you to the staff for their efforts for the year. To provide an exciting and new stage show performance during the event.
The solution
The theme Heaven and Hell was created at the highly flexible and prestigious ‘the room’ by the river. The venue was divided in to two distinct areas; the fire bar with devils & violinists and the heavenly area with a harpist and angles. The focal piece of the evening was a specially choreographed Stomp performance using cast from the Westend show.
The added value
The attention to detail could be seen in every aspect of this event, from the fabulous theming of the venue, to the specially graphically design Swiss Re Heaven & Hell logo given to the invitations, menu’s and branding around the venue. The tables were festooned in devil horns, angle wings for the guests to wear. All staff were dressed as Devils or Angels, even the cocktails were either Fire Red or Sky Blue.
